National Day Celebrations

National Day celebrations were held at Ahlia School on 14th December 2016 for the Preschoolers and on 15th December 2016 for the Elementary & Middle School. Children came dressed up in Red and White outfits/Bahraini traditional wears. Exciting activities were planned for the Preschool celebration day which included individual class activities followed by traditional games for the students to learn about the Bahraini cultural heritage. Fun filled games like bouncy castle, train, pottery painting, henna, face painting, balloons, pony ride and much more were arranged. On the other hand for the Elementary National day celebtrations, exciting shows and presentations were done by students, and also several games and activities were done throughout the day based on Bahraini heritage, culture & pride. Fun filled games, Henna, Photo booth, pottery making traditional Bahraini treats, flower making were some of the attractions. A beautiful Bahraini traditional village was set up in our campus which reflected the traditional Bahraini heritage and culture with stalls that showcased Bahraini handicrafts like basker weaving, exploring pearls pottery making and other handicrafts.
